Thanksgiving Recap
Sid and I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We were lucky enough to have a four-day weekend so the two of us journeyed to my parent’s house in the suburbs.
Where is the turkey I was promised?
It’s amazing how spread out everything is once you leave the city. Sid enjoyed all the new smells, the ample supply of shrubs to pee upon, and all the toys that he commandeered from his canine cousins, Sweetie and Ellie.
He even got to eat a few bites of turkey and thankfully it did not exacerbate his allergies. I don’t know if he actually got a chance to really taste the flavor of the turkey though as the pieces instantly slid down his throat in the same manner that a fish slides down a penguin’s gullet. I told him to “enjoy” and “savor” this special treat but I think my message went in one floppy ear and out the other.
What special treats or snacks did you all get to eat this Thanksgiving?

Well we wrote a big long answer but mom failed the pretending she is not a robot button dang it..you did know she has many robot traits doncha…so it causes her lots of problems with those trick questions…anyway to recap we ate everything mom would let us try, turkey, sweet pot. and pumpkin and we ate everything dad wasn’t supposed to let us try. We are now on a starvation diet.

No turkey for us as Mom did not know if it would affect Greta’s allergies, but we did get to have cream puff last night for Bailey’s birthday!! Yummy! We got snow this morning and it is cold, 20 degrees brrrrr.

I did not get any turkey or anything! A real bummer.
I got a spoonful of baby food to take my antibiotics and other boring food. Your day sounded wonderful. You sure are cute

Oh Sid the expression on your mug is just priceless!!!!!! I just want to eat you up. The pups were mightily ripped of this Thanksgiving as no turkey was made. Since it was just mom and dad they made stuffed pumpkin instead since neither of them likes turkey. Sid, you look like you mean business! I’m glad you got some holiday food. Donald and Daisy wanted turkey, but they settled for sweet potatoes and crust-less pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

Oh, Handsome Sid, we would have given you anything you wanted. Miss Scarlet had turkey, gizzards, and carrots, but snubbed her nose at green beans.
